    C butter

  • C sugar

    eggs

    ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 2

    tsp. vanilla

  • C flour

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • ¼

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    cup of fresh blueberries

  • 1

    Tbsp. flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9" tube pan. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Mix in the cream cheese and vanilla; stir until smooth and creamy. By hand, fold in the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Place blueberries into a bowl and toss with flour. Gently fold blueberries into the batter. Pour batter into the greased pan. Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for ten minutes then remove from pan. Garnish with some cream cheese icing and fresh blueberries. Slice, serve, and enjoy! Icing: 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/4 C powdered sugar 1 T milk
