Olive Nut Spread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound tofu, crumbled
  • 10 pitted olives, green or black
  • 1/3 cup pecan or walnut halves
  • 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • A few tablespoons of olive juice, dill pickle juice, or beer

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender to assist the process. Add more juice or beer, a little at a time, to achieve a moist, easily spread consistency. Refrigerate at least an hour to combine flavors.
