Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Step 1
Preheat over to 375 degrees--lightly grease a large baking sheet.
Combine mix and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk until mixture forms a ball. On a lightly floured surface, flatten dough. Pat or roll out dough to a 14 X 17 inchy rectangle. Scatter berries over half the dough, crosswise. Fold remaining dough over blueberries, making a 7 inch square. Cut dough into 4 squares, cut each square diagonally in both directions. Arrange mini scones on baking sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 16 mini scones.
