  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained
  • 1 tab. chopped fresh chives
  • Kosher Salt and Fresh Pepper

1. Combine the sour cream and horseradish and herbs and mix well.

2. Season to taste with salt and ground pepper. Store in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
