Ingredients
- 1 T sesame oil
- 3 C 1" slices green onions
- 2 T minced ginger
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb. large shrimp
- 3 1/2 T low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 t sambal oelek (ground chile paste) or hot sauce
- 2 C chopped cilantro
- 3 C cooked brown rice

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over hi heat; add oil, swirling to coat. Add onions, ginger & garlic; stir-fry 1 min. Add shrimp; stir-fry 1 min. Stir in soy sauce & chile paste. Remove from pan; add cilantro. Serve over rice.
