Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp plus 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 cans flaky biscuits, cut into quarters
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray fluted pan.Combine sugar 1tsp cocoa and cinnamon. Dredge biscuits and layer in a pan. In sauce pan combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and 2tbsp cocoa.
Cook over medium-high heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Pour over biscuits.
Bake 40-50 minutes, cover with foil to prevent browning if it needs to cook longer. Let stand 5 minutes. Put on platter and serve.
