  • 11/2 cups flour
  • 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons beaten egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0 12ozs can peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together flour dry pudding mix & baking powder. Mix eggs, milk & butter add to dry ingredients pour in greased 9x13 pan. Drain peaches & reserving 2/3 cup juice chop peaches & put on top of the batter in pan. 2/3 cup juice, cream cheese, 1 cup sugar & pour over peaches, combine 1 T.sugar with 1 T. cinnamon & sprinkle over the top bake at 350 for 45 minutes can't tell when done
