Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 whole Cloves Garlic, Grated Or Minced
  • 2 whole Salmon Fillets (Skin On, About 200 Grams Each)
  • 1/2 whole Lemon, Juice Only
  • (Cut the other half to place on top of fish)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic.
2. Pat salmon dry with cloth or paper towel, then rub with butter and garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Squeeze 1/2 of lemon on salmon.
4. Place lemon slices on the fish.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
