Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower (about 2pounds),cut into florets
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterery jack cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or Margarine melted
- 4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
COOK cauliflower in boiling water to cover 8 minutes; drain. Place cauliflower in a ungreased 11- x 7-inch baking dish: set aside.
COMBINE sour cream and next 3 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan: cook over low heat,stirring constantly In minutes 16 until cheese sauce is smooth. Spoon cheese sauce over cauliflower
COMBINE breadcrumbs and melted butter:sprinkle breadcrumbs over cheese s,i : ■
Sprinkle crumbled bacon i iver bread* rtimbs Bake, uncovered.at 350 for 'Ati miniihs i until casserole is lightly browned
