  • Sauce:
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp quick rise yeast
  • 1 can (5 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • spices

Step 1

Measure all ingred. into bread machine, set on the dough cycle.

When cycle done, turn dough out onto a floured surface. Divide dough into 2 equal portions (or 3 depending on size of pizza).

At this point, dough can be tightly wrapped & put into fridge for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 1 month.

Preheat oven to 450F. Roll or stretch each ball to fit a 12 inch pizza pan.

Mix tomato paste & sauce, adding spices to taste. Spread desired amount on dough, freezing any unused portion.

Top with assorted toppings.

450F for 15 minutes
