Balls (Margarita)

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c. Finely Crushed Pretzels
  • 12 ox. Vanilla Wafers (crushed)
  • 3/4 c. Frozen Limeade Concentrate (thawed)
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2-1/2 t. Lime Zest
  • 1 t. Tequila (optional)
  • 1 t. Orange Liqueur (optional)
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. Powdered Sugar
  • Red, green and white decorating sugars.

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse pretzels and vanilla wafers in a food processor to fine crumbs. Add limeade and cream cheese and pulse to combine. Add lime zest and, if desired, next 2 ingredients. Gradually add powdered sugar, pulsing to combine.
Cover and chill dough 1 hour. Shape into 1-in. balls. Roll in decorating sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
