- 3 chicken breasts
- Old El Paso Fajita Mix
- Uncle Ben's Spanish Rice
- Burrito wraps
- Refried beans
- tex-mex cheese
- Old El Paso taco sauce
Cut up chicken breasts into small chunks. Cook the chicken with olive oil in a frying pan until no longer pink.
Mix in Old El Paso Fajita mix and 1/4 cup water, simmer until the sauce is thickened.
While the chicken is cooking, make some spanish rice.
Lay out wraps, spread refried beans on wrap, lay desired amoung of chicken, rice and tex-mex cheese on top, roll up.
Place wraps in casserole dish (seam side down), pour taco sauce over wraps, cover with Tex-Mex cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 mins or until cheese is kind of golden.
