Grandma's Macaroni Pizza

By

Whenever there's a crowd and it includes a lot of kids, my grandma makes Macaroni Pizza. This is a dish she's been making since my mom was a kid, and it's still a hit with my kids!

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown meat and onion. Add salt and pepper. Add soup and sauce to meat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and let cool 15 minutes. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain and put back in pot. Beat 2 eggs and milk and add to macaroni. Grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) a 9x13 baking dish. Add macaroni mix to greased baking dish. Pour meat sauce over macaroni. Top meat sauce with a mixture of grated cheeses. At this point, you can add your favorite pizza toppings. We like to add pepperoni on one half. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
