Heart of Palm Parmesan Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 X 14 oz can heart of
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 oz shaved Parmesan petals

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sliced hearts of palm, tomatoes, garlic, green onions, olive oil, basil and salt and pepper. Serve topped with Parmesan petals.
