Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigano-reggiano cheese
- 1 lb fettucine pasta

Step 1
In large pot cook 1lb of fettucine pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water. Use same pot, melt 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and 1/2 cup of pasta water and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and cheese and toss.
***add more pasta mater for looser sauce
