Ingredients
- 3 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pinch dried red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 11-inch pizza crust (use perfect pizza dough recipe)
- 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella
- 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta
- 3 cups arugula
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F.
In a medium bowl, combine mushrooms, parsley, garlic, red chili pepper, rosemary, salt and pepper. Set aside and let sit for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle pizza dough with cheeses and mushroom mix.
Bake 7-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Meanwhile, toss arugula with oil & vinegar and season with salt.
Remove pizza from oven cut into 12 slices and serve topped with dressed arugula.
