Ingredients
- Dressing
- 2 Tbsp chopped sorrel
- 1 1/4 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced shallot
- 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Salad
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 3 oranges, peeled, halved, cut crosswise into half-circles

Preparation: Serves 4
In a small dish, combine first 5 dressing ingredients (through orange zest). Whisk in oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Combine all salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
Tasty Tip: Dressing may be served over mixed greens. Increase dressing recipe to cover greens, if desired.
