Orange & Sorrel Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp chopped sorrel
  • 1 1/4 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced shallot
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Salad
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 3 oranges, peeled, halved, cut crosswise into half-circles

Preparation: Serves 4
In a small dish, combine first 5 dressing ingredients (through orange zest). Whisk in oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Combine all salad ingredients and toss with dressing.

Tasty Tip: Dressing may be served over mixed greens. Increase dressing recipe to cover greens, if desired.
