Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- salt/pepper for seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 325.
2) Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
3) In large bowl, mix 3 cans of soup, milk & uncooked rice.
4) Pour rice mixture into 13x9 pan.
5) Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture.
6) Sprinkle with salt/pepper.
7) Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours.
8) Let sit for 10 minutes, and stir rice mixture if liquidy.
