Potato (baked) Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 pound red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic and Dill Dip
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Boil unpeeled potatoes until fork tender.
Chop bacon and fry until crisp.
Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes and fry in bacon fat.
Mix dressing ingredients.
Combine potatoes with dressing.
Refrigerte for one hour.
Sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
