Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup granulate sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 Tbsp soft margarine
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Half & Half
  • 3 cups unsifted powdered sugar

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Beat eggs, granulated sugar, oil & pumpkin with mixer until light & fluffy.
3) Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt & baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture.
4) Spread in 9x13 pan.
5) Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
6) Frosting: Mix cream cheese, margarine, vanilla, half & half, and powdered sugar. When bars are completely cool, spread frosting.
