Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. cooked & crumbled bacon
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed, drained well
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion (opt.)

Step 1

Combine ingredients; pour into pastry lined quiche dish or uncooked pie crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until middle is done. Serves 6 to 8.
