- 1/2 lb. cooked & crumbled bacon
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed, drained well
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion (opt.)

Step 1
Combine ingredients; pour into pastry lined quiche dish or uncooked pie crust.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until middle is done. Serves 6 to 8.
