MIXED GREENS AND PEAR SALAD WITH ORANGE-YOGURT DRESSING

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 2 medium-size firm, ripe pears, each cut into 16 wedges
- 2 cups packed torn escarole (about 1 small head)
- 2 cups packed torn romaine (about 1/2 head)
- 2 cups loosely packed trimmed watercress 1/4 cup raisins

Step 1
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon orange juice and rind in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill.
Combine pears with remaining 1 tablespoon orange juice in a bowl; toss gently. Add greens and raisins; toss well. Pour dressing aver greens; toss gently. Yield: 4 servings about 118 calories per 2-cup serving).
