Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
2) Brush vegetables with mixture.
3) Place vegetables on grid of grill (or use veggie basket).
4) Grill, uncovered for 6-8 minutes (potato slices 10-12 min)
