Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups warm water (110F/45C)
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 cups all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add ingredients in pan of bread maker as suggested by manufacturers instructions. Select dough cycle.

2. When finished, half dough and and put in 2 bread pans and let rise, then bake at 350F until done.
