Ingredients

  • 3 cans whole green beans
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pound bacon (not thick cut)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt together the brown sugar, garlic powder and butter. Set aside.

2. Cook the bacon 4-5 minutes in the microwave.

3. Place 10-11 green beans in a bundle and wrap with a ½ slice of bacon. Place in a casserole dish or baking sheet with side.

4. Pour the brown sugar mix over the bundles.

5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
