Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- ■1 – 6-1/2 oz can marinated artichoke hearts
- ■1/4 cup mayonnaise
- ■1/2 cup sour cream
- ■1 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
- ■1 package of cream cheese (low-fat works great)
- ■1 bag of monterey jack colby cheese
- ■1 small can of jalapeno pepper chopped
- ■(sometime I add a little pepperjack for flair)

Preparation
Step 1
1.Drain artichoke hears and chop.
2.Mix together with remaining ingredients.
3.Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4.Sprinkle just a little extra cheese on top for looks.
5.SERVE WITH BAGUETTE BREAD sliced thin.
