Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • ■1 – 6-1/2 oz can marinated artichoke hearts
  • ■1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • ■1/2 cup sour cream
  • ■1 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
  • ■1 package of cream cheese (low-fat works great)
  • ■1 bag of monterey jack colby cheese
  • ■1 small can of jalapeno pepper chopped
  • ■(sometime I add a little pepperjack for flair)

Preparation

Step 1

1.Drain artichoke hears and chop.
2.Mix together with remaining ingredients.
3.Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4.Sprinkle just a little extra cheese on top for looks.
5.SERVE WITH BAGUETTE BREAD sliced thin.
