Ingredients
- Banana Pudding:
- Fold 1 cup coarsely mashed large bananas, 1 cup vanilla wafers and 1 cup meringue cookies into ice cream.
- Rum Raisin with Walnuts:
- Plump 1/2 C raisins in 3 T rum over low heat, let cool. Fold into ice cream with 1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts.
- Salted Carmel:
- Fold 1/4 C carmel sauce and 1 C coarsely crumbled pretzel nuggets (p-nut butter good too) into ice cream.
- Lemon Meringue:
- Fold in 1/4 C prepared lemon curd, 1 C crumbled meringue cookies and 1 C crumbled graham crackers.
- Strawberry Shortcake:
- Mix 1 C sliced strawberries with 2 T strawberry jam. Fold in along with 2 slices pound cake ( about 1 1/2 C, crumbled) and 1 C meringue cookies, crumbled.
- Ginger Peach Cobbler:
- Plump 1 C diced dried peaches in 3 T peach schnappes over low heat. Fold it in along with 1/2 C coarsely chopped pecan pralines or candied pecans and 1 c coarsely crumbled ginger snaps.
- Nutella:
- Stir in 1/4 C Nutella, 1 C crumbled Famous Chocolate Wafers and 1/2 cup roasted chopped hazelnuts.
- Turtle:
- Stir in 1/4 C caramel sauce, 1/2 C chopped pecan pralines or candied pecans and 1/w C chopped semi or bittersweet chocolate.
- Cookies and Coffee:
- Stir in 1 C crumbled refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough and 1 C crumbled chocolate chip cookies into slightly softened coffee ice cream.
- Mocha Latte:
- Stir in 1/2 C crushed chocolate covered espresso beans, 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks and 1 C crumbled Famous Chocolate Wafers into slightly softened coffee ice cream.
