Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 stick butter (I use real butter)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and cocoa in an ungreased 10 in. glass dish. Cut up butter in 4 to 5 pieces and drip into the sugar mixture. Pour in Milk. DO NOT STIR. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Remove from microwave and stir. Thoroughly stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread fudge evenly. Refrigerate 1 h our and then cut into 24 squares.
