  • 8 Cloves garlic
  • 2 Chipotle peppers
  • 2 Ancho Chilis
  • 1 onion Quartered
  • 3 Tomatoes peeled and quartered
  • 3 T Olive Oil
  • 3 C fish broth
  • 8 dried Shrimp
  • 1/4 C epazote
  • 2 Lbs fresh peeled Shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Roast peppers and peel
Roast Garlic and puree w/ onion peppers
Heat oil and add puree 1 min
add stock, dried shrimp and epazote 3min
add fresh shrimp and adjust seasoning and liquid
