Ingredients
- 8 Cloves garlic
- 2 Chipotle peppers
- 2 Ancho Chilis
- 1 onion Quartered
- 3 Tomatoes peeled and quartered
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 3 C fish broth
- 8 dried Shrimp
- 1/4 C epazote
- 2 Lbs fresh peeled Shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Roast peppers and peel
Roast Garlic and puree w/ onion peppers
Heat oil and add puree 1 min
add stock, dried shrimp and epazote 3min
add fresh shrimp and adjust seasoning and liquid
