Ingredients
- 1 box Townhouse crackers
- 2 cans eagle brand milk
- 2 pkgs dates, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- Icing
- 1 pk cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325.
Cook milk and dates on med heat until mixture thickens (change in color, 3-5 mins)
Add pecans
Spread on a cracker and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 5-8 mins at 325.
Cool. Ice each cracker.
