Crescent Caramel Pecan Rolls

- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbs. light corn syrup
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 stick butter, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Mix brown sugar, softened butter & corn syrup. Spread in bottom of ungreased 9 inch round cake pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup diced pecans evenly over bottom of pan. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. In a small bowl, mix sugar & cinnamon; using a basting brush put a little melted butter over rectangle, not to the edge. Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon over butter on rectangle. Sprinkle remaining pecans evenly over the rectangles. Starting on the short side, roll up each rectangle; pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place cut side down over brown sugar/pecan mix in pan. Brush a little melted butter over each one, then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix. Bake 20 to 27 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan for 1 minute. Invert onto serving platter or foil; serve.
