Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pizza dough, cut in 2 pieces
- 1 cup ricotta
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Tomato sauce, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Stretch each piece of dough into a 7-inch circle. Combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon half of the mixture into the center of each dough round. Fold the dough over to form a half moon. Roll the edges and crimp, being sure to seal well and place into the wells.
Cook 7 minutes or until evenly browned. Remove and serve with tomato sauce, if desired.
