Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300. Coat an 8 in square baking pan with nonstick spray.
In med bowl, beat on med speed: peanut butter, butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in the vanilla, then beat in the flour. Fold in the choc chips until well combined, then spread into baking pan.
Bake 45 to 50 min, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
