Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
- Two bags frozen spinach chopped thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- two cloves garlic
- nutmeg
- 1/2 cup shopped onion
- grated parmesean cheese
- grated provolone cheese

Preparation
Step 1
drain and wring spinach after thawing.
saute onion and garlc in butter
add spinach and cream and cook.
grate nutmeg to taste.
add parmesan cheese and provlone cheese.
you can add to top on baking dish and brown cheese in oven too.
