KIELBASA & CABBAGE/KRAUT W/ POTATOS!

  • Kielbasa or smoked sausage. 2 Links
  • Cabbage
  • 1 bag Kraut
  • Olive Oil

This is a rather easy recipe and its oooohhhh sooo good when you need something to cheer you up! You will need. 2 big frying pans, 1 or 2 rings of Kielbasa (or smoked sausage of your choice-cut up in bite sized pieces), olive oil, 1 cabbage head (cut it in small bite size pieces), 1 large bag of kraut (drained). In one pan, fry the Kielbasa pieces in olive oil. In the second frying pan, add olive oil and put in the cabbage. Fry the cabbage until it shrinks down and is soft. Next, add in the Kraut to the cabbage mixture and cook till soft. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in your fried pieces of Kielbasa. Mix and enjoy on a big plate with fried potatos w/paprika/garlic/salt and pepper on the side. This is the best comforting food ever to me!
