M and M Merry Meringues

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 4 egg whites
• 3 ft parchment paper
• 1 pkg (16 oz) Christmas M and Ms

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 250.

Combine sugar and egg whites.

Using, mixer with whip attachment, beat until stiff peaks form.

Spoons mounds of mixture onto 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle on M and Ms

Bake at 250 for about 1 hr. Test by turning over and tappingthe bottoms, they should be hard and sound hollow.
