Balsamic Onions

Ingredients
- 3 small red onions
- 1/4 c. +2 tbsp balsamic vingar
- 1/4 c oive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Cut onions in half and slice 1/4 inch thick
Place on baking sheet and toss with 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper. Remove from oven andtoss with additional vinegar.
