Pecan Coconut Cake

  • 1 pkg. butter yellow cake
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. veggie oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. pecan, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon



Step 1

Combine cake mix and sugar in a large bowl. Add oil. Continue by adding eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla, sour cream, coconut and pecans; mix well. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half of it into a well-greased Bundt or tube pan. Tilt pan back and forth in order to coat the sides. Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour in remaining butter. Bake at 350 for 60-65 mins.
