Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 12 ounce bag frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt (such as Fage)
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine bananas, 1 cup of the orange juice, the berries, yogurt, wheat germ and honey in a blender.

2. Cover and blend for about 1 minute, until all ingredients are mixed. While blending, pour in remaining 1 cup orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
