Mix 2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese, 4 oz cream cheese, 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c chopped chicken breat meat and 4 strips cooked bacon. Then half 10 large jalapenos and fill with mixture and grill uncovered 12-15 minutes. I MADE THESE FOR BRADYS BIRTHDAY PARTY 9/18/11 AND THEY WERE AWESOME, BY THE TIME I HAD TIME TO EAT, THERE WERE ONLY TWO LEFT, THEY WERE EASY TO MAKE AND VERY GOOD
