Pork Chop Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 6 center cut pork chops
- 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup *(see note)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet (that is oven safe), brown the pork chops in a bit of oil. Remove chops and layer the potatoe and onion slices in the skillet, salt and pepper to taste. Place pork chops on top. Pour soup over entire dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour, until pork chops are tender.
*Note: I add a dash of Gravy Master browning and seasoning sauce to the soup to give it a nice brown gravy color. This is a personal preference and does not have to be done to make this dish tasty!
