Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 pound roasted Spanish peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler (or microwave).

Remove top of double boiler from heat. Add peanuts to melted chocolate. Mix together thoroughly.

Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Using two spoons, drop spoonfuls of mixture onto the paper. Cool, then chill to set chocolate.
