  • 1 bag (11 oz) Birds Eye Steamfresh Lightly Sauced Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic Butter Sauce, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1

Pour prepared potatoes into a large bowl; let stand for 5 minutes. Using a kitchen shears, cut any large pieces of the potatoes in half. Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream and bacon. Spread dip on serving platter. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serve with your favorite dippers.
