Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped (I used dry onion)
- 2 large red peppers, seeded and chopped
- 15 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 C Original V8 juice
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- Pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes, about 1 tsp
- 1 C Minute Rice...added in last

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain. Add all ingredients except the rice to your crockpot.
Cook on low at least 6 hours.
Ten minutes before serving, add rice to the crockpot and stir.
Cover crockpot.
Serve with grated cheese sprinkled on top
