Blintz Casserole

Ingredients

  • 13 cheese blintzes
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cube butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 16-ounce container sour cream
  • extra sour cream for serving
  • 1 jar lingonberry preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

Place cheese blintzes in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, orange juice, and vanilla in a blender. Add melted butter and sour cream.
Pour mixture over blintzes and bake for 1 hour.

Serve with sour cream and lingonberry preserves
