Celery Slaw

So the celery stays crisp, prepare the slaw right before serving it.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cup canola oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • FOR THE SLAW:
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh chives

Step 1

TO MAKE THE DRESSING:
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and Dijon in a bowl. Season dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

TO MAKE THE SLAW:
Add coleslaw mix, celery, chives and dressing. Toss to combine.
