Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 cup flour fluid
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 9 cups warm water
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey

Step 1
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina and salt.
2. Dilute until a thick paste.
3. In a little warm water, dilute the baker's yeast and baking powder, incorporate them into the dough.
4. Cover and let rest between 1h and 1h30.
5. In a cold skillet, pour a small ladle of batter and put the stove on fire.
6. In cooking, small holes should be formed on the surface of baghrir.
7. Take off and keep warm between two plates.
8. Allow the pan to cool between each firing.
9. Ideally, use two pans in rotation.
10. Serve hot or cold to your liking, or warm with butter and honey.
