Scallop, Curried

  • 1 lb. tiny scallops
  • 1/3 cup very fine bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 ++ tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


Servings 10


Step 1

Butter a big baking dish and het oven to 450F. Dry scallops well on paper towelling. If scallops are large, cut in half and roll in bread crumbs. Place one layer in baking dish. Melt butter and addcurry powder cooking gently for 2 minutesw. Stir in lemon juice and drizzle over scallops. Bake 15-20 minutes, until scallops are tender
