  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 pk (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 3 large peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pk (6oz)raspberry jello
  • 2 cups ice

Step 1

mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter in 13x9 pan. press into bottom of pan.

Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl, stir 2 mins until dissolved. stir in ice cubes until melted. refrigerate 5 minutes or until thickened. whisk in remaining cool whip. spread over peach layer. refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
